Key Issues that affect the black trans community as a result of discrimination based on race and gender are inequities in income, education, employment, housing, health, legal justice and interfaith support. The Black Trans Advocacy program provides outreach & education, case management and direct services within ten areas served through our national advocacy center, network and state chapter coalitions. The Black Trans Advocacy program also includes the Annual National Black Trans Advocacy Conference that further extends the Black Trans Advocacy social justice agenda and outreach programs to over 300 LGBT, gender variant families and allies worldwide.
